Inefi Incorporation (“Inefi”) is a leading Endpoint Management software company helping businesses to secure and manage the device fleet.  At Inefi the privacy and security of our customers, suppliers, employees and web site visitors are of the highest importance and Inefi is committed to protecting the data you share with us. This privacy policy explains how Inefi processes information that can be used to directly or indirectly to identify individual personal data collected and stored.

We may also send you direct marketing in relation to relevant products and services. Electronic direct marketing will only be sent where you have given your consent to receive it, or (where this is allowed) you have been given an opportunity to opt-out. You will continue to be able to opt-out of electronic direct marketing at any time by following the instructions in the relevant communication.

We may share your personal data with our subsidiaries to process it for the purposes of inter-group administration and to deliver products or services where elements of these are provided by companies other than those with which you have directly contracted.

Personal data may also be shared with third party service providers who will process it on behalf of Inefi Corporation for the purposes above. Such third parties include, but are not limited to, providers of product & services maintenance, and identity checking.

 

How will we protect your personal data 

Inefi has established the data policy and regulation to protect and process your personal data and only the authorized personnel can access your personal data.

If it is necessary to entrust/outsource other units to provide services due to business needs, this service will also strictly require them to comply with confidentiality obligations and take necessary inspection procedures to ensure that they do indeed comply.

In order to protect your personal information from accidental or illegal destruction, loss or modification, and to prevent unauthorized disclosure or access, Inefi shall adopt the necessary technical and organizational protection measures. How long we shall keep your personal data

We will not keep your personal information for any purpose for longer than is necessary and will only retain the personal information that is necessary in relation to the purpose. We are also required to retain certain information as required by law or for as long as is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions.

​Where you are a customer or a supplier, we will keep your information for the length of any contractual relationship you have with us and after that for a period no longer than required in accordance with legal requirements.

Where you are a prospective customer and you have expressly consented to us contacting you, we will only retain your data (i) until you unsubscribe from our communications; or, if you have not unsubscribed, (ii) while you interact with us and our content.



 

Where are your personal data stored?

The Personal Data we collect from you will be stored on our servers or hosted servers. We will adopt appropriate information security technology to protect the database system of the server from being hacked and to prevent your Personal Data from being stolen, altered, leaked or damaged. We will notify you within 72 hours once we discover that your Personal Data has been leaked.



 

What are your personal data rights?

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data, clicking the unsubscribe button on any communication we have sent to you or by contacting us.
