How will we protect your personal data? 

Inefi has established the data policy and regulation to protect and process your personal data and only authorized personnel can access your personal data.

If it is necessary to entrust/outsource other units to provide services due to business needs, this service will also strictly require them to comply with confidentiality obligations and take necessary inspection procedures to ensure that they do indeed comply.

In order to protect your personal information from accidental or illegal destruction, loss, or modification, and to prevent unauthorized disclosure or access, Inefi shall adopt the necessary technical and organizational protection measures. How long we shall keep your personal data

We will not keep your personal information for any purpose for longer than is necessary and will only retain the personal information that is necessary in relation to the purpose. We are also required to retain certain information as required by law or for as long as is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions.

Where are your personal data stored?

The Personal Data we collect from you will be stored on our servers or hosted servers. We will adopt appropriate information security technology to protect the database system of the server from being hacked and to prevent your Personal Data from being stolen, altered, leaked, or damaged. We will notify you within 72 hours once we discover that your Personal Data has been leaked.

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes.
