Discovering Insights
Select the insights page on the menu bar to access your insights. Insights provide current and historic data for various issues or observations from your endpoints. Each insight can be run from the drop down box.
Metric
Description
High CPU utilization
Any device that has triggered higher than 80% CPU in the given time period.
High Memory Utilization
Any device that has triggered higher than 80% memory utilization in the given time period.
High Disk Utilization
Any disk that is running at greater than 80% capacity.
High CPU Temperature
Any CPU running hotter than 90 degrees Celsius over the given time period.
Peripheral Failures
Any peripheral failure over the given time period. Percentage of failed peripherals is shown by the amount of peripherals in the estate.
Package Installation Status
Any package installation failure over the given time period.
Profile Installation Status
Any profile installation failure over the given time period.
Device Reboot Rate
Devices that have rebooted within the given time period.
Disconnected Devices
Devices are disconnected from inefi Cloud Service.
Device Not Reboot Rate
Devices that haven’t rebooted within a given time period.
